Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Nichedoor LLC ("Nichedoor," "we," "us") collects through nichedoor.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, the plan you're interested in, and your message. We use this only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and provide services you request. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Postmark, our email provider.

If you call, text, or email us, we keep those communications so we can respond and keep a record of your project.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile may collect technical information about your browser and device to tell humans from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Free website audit

When you run our free website audit, the website address you enter is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights service to generate the report. We don't store audit results. If you then ask us for a fix list, we receive the contact details you provide.

QR codes

When someone scans a QR code created with Nichedoor, we record the time of the scan, the device type, browser information (user agent), and the IP address. We use the IP address to estimate an approximate location (city, region, country) through the ip-api.com lookup service. This lets the owner of the QR code see how many scans it gets and roughly where. We don't use this information to identify individuals.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It reports aggregate page views and does not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Advertising

We advertise on Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google may set cookies so we can measure whether the ad led to a call, text, or quote request. If you visited from an ad, we also note the ad campaign details with any quote request you send so we know which ads work. You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above that help us run the site (Vercel for hosting, Postmark for email, Cloudflare for spam protection, Supabase for QR code data, Google for audits and ad measurement), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and project information for as long as we have a business relationship with you and as needed for our records. QR scan data is kept while the QR code is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@nichedoor.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
