Terms of Service

These terms apply to websites, care plans, and tools provided by Nichedoor LLC ("Nichedoor"). Each project also gets a written quote or agreement; if that agreement says something different, the agreement wins.

Plans and payment

• Launch: $250 up front plus the $49/month Care plan, with a 12-month minimum. After 12 months, Care continues month to month.
• Local Pro: $249/month with $0 down and a 12-month minimum, or $1,500 up front plus $149/month.
• Custom: priced by written quote, usually with a deposit before work begins.
• Care plans (Care, Grow, Dominate) for existing sites are month to month unless your agreement says otherwise.

Monthly plans are billed in advance. If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, we may pause the site until it is.

Cancelling

Month-to-month plans can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice. If you cancel a plan during its minimum term, the remaining months of the minimum are due, or you can choose the buyout below.

Who owns the website

You always own your business name, logo, photos, written content, and your domain name. Once your plan's minimum term is complete (or you pay any remaining balance), you can request a full copy of your site and we'll help you move it to another host. Sites paid in full up front (Custom, or Local Pro paid up front) are yours from launch.

Your content

You're responsible for making sure the text, photos, and logos you send us are yours to use. We may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Edits and support

Care plans include the edit time listed on the pricing section. Larger changes, new pages, or redesigns are quoted separately before we start.

Results

We build every site to be fast and set up for Google, but no one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or leads, because those depend on Google and your competition. We'll always tell you honestly what to expect.

Free tools

The free website audit and QR code generator are provided as-is. Audit scores come from Google PageSpeed Insights and can vary between runs.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nichedoor's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
